how to order


we take local and international orders for cables and accessories! 

*we do not take in international repair / modification request. 

mode of payment for local orders:-

  • bank transfer to POSB savings 209-63055-9
  • DBS paylah to 98894483
  • cash payment for in store orders / service payment
  • do not pay via paypal. orders paid with paypal will join the lower priority queue, until we are able to sort out the fees issues

mode of payment for international orders:-

  • paypal payment via checkout

*unpaid orders without follow up email from customer will not be processed and will be cancelled in 48 hours


local (singapore) orders:-

  • place the order on the website, DO NOT make payment via paypal
  • make the payment via bank transfer (above) or DBS paylah
  • mailing will take place every monday, wednesday or friday except on public holidays


    local (singapore) services/repair

    • provide us with your contact details

    • let us know your preferred date/time slot according to our schedule 

    • payment will be made in cash for on the spot repairs/item drop off

    • mail-in repair will be worked on after payment is sent in via bank transfer or DBS paylah

    • completed mod/repairs will be mailed out when completed (mon, wed, fri)

     

    international orders:-

    • place the order on the website
    • make the payment via paypal during checkout
    • mailing will take place every wednesday except on public holidays, via singpost registered

     

    some repair jobs require diagnosis, do drop by our office or mail the item to us for a quote. quote given over email or whatsapp may not be final as there might be complications. in such cases, we will notify you before we start to work on them. 


    we will not be liable for failed repair or damage to items sent in for repair with no know description or underlying issues(i.e. unable to test/diagnose before attempting repair). in such cases, we will inform you immediately after encountering any problem and all repair will cease until you give us any further instructions. in the event of such cases, we will request for a compensation fee for our time spent and parts used
